We are proud to announce that our 7th Annual Cape Cod Wedding Planner Bridal Show is set for January 8, 2012 from 11:00 AM
to 4:00 PM. Participation in this event provides you the opportunity not only to showcase your business to brides and grooms
in the planning stages of their big day, but to network with other Cape Cod wedding professionals.
The Cape Cod Wedding Planner Bridal Show is not just another bridal show. We are the only show that showcases ONLY
Cape Cod wedding vendors. We do not utilize vendors that do not have Cape Cod locations or employ Cape Codders. To truly
market what is considered the Cape Cod wedding, it is essential that prospective brides and grooms deal directly with local
Cape Cod vendors. Our philosophy has always been to keep Cape Cod business on the Cape.
The Cape Cod Wedding Planner 2011 Bridal Show will feature…
- Show date Sunday, January 8, 2012 from 11 AM – 4 PM.
- Two bridal and tuxedo fashion shows.
- Complete computerized mailing list mailed to you within days !
- Table with skirt, (electricity access for table available for additional nominal fee)
- Appetizers provided and cash bars on site.
- Cake Dive
- Promotional fanfare on local radio stations, reaching over 257,000 adults each week from Providence to Provincetown.
- Print ads in numerous local publications, also in Southern New England Weddings, Facebook, and on
www.TheCapeCodWeddingPlanner.com website.
- Limited space for three or four vendors from each category.
Once again, due to careful planning, the show will be mindful of NFL TV programming, providing a special area with the sporting
events on televisions, as well as groom-related vendors.

Please note that prior attending vendors have the right of first refusal in each category.
A representative from The Cape Cod Wedding Planner will contact you to work out any additional options/details.
Will your display need electricity? Please ask for this when you reserve your booth. You must fill in the electrical form required by the Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis and the additional cost will be added onto your booth space fee.
Do you wish to participate in the fashion show? What type of gift or certificate are you willing to donate to the event? Do you have bounce-back coupons or flyers to put in the bridal bags, etc. ?
